Rex Materials specializes in the design and manufacture of custom engineered high temperature ceramic fiber components, board and blanket for combustion containment applications up to 3000 °F. Pyrolite®, our specialty formulated high temperature family of ceramic fiber insulation materials, is used to make precise components and boards that are used in a variety of combustion containment applications including oil and gas fired water heaters, furnaces, boilers, swimming pool heaters and pressure washers.

We serve many industrial, commercial and residential equipment manufacturers. Our design and shape manufacturing capability has saved OEM's considerable labor savings over blanket and board applications by supplying drop in chambers. Our Composite Board® material is useful in reducing NOx levels and for sound attenuation.
